    I am from London where I studied psychology and have several years’ experience working with the expat community in Barcelona. The methods I use involve a combination of CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness which are evidence based methods that offer long lasting relief. I also offer online videoconference sessions.
