Eight week MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) course - about the course
As we live our lives, challenges will inevitably be thrown at us. We will struggle with difficult thoughts and feelings. This course will teach you how to completely change the way you deal with these challenges, thoughts and feelings so that you can live with more calm and ease and be free from unnecessary suffering.
The course is based on a scientifically proven method using mindfulness for creating powerful and long lasting change. By taking this course, you will learn methods to help cope with those thoughts and feelings that are stopping you from being the most focused, happy and healthy person you can be.
How does the course work?
The course takes place over eight weeks with one group session of two hours per week. Each session will include some explicative and some practical activities and will include short practices to be carried out during private time. Audio recordings of guided meditations, as well as accompanying written materials will be provided.
Who is it For?
Anyone with a desire to learn a series of techniques that will enable them to improve their wellbeing in a healthy and long lasting way. For people who want to try something different in order to obtain different results! The course is given entirely in English.
